The fairly friendly and amicable staff with great attitude to guests.

Fairly clean place with pretty friendly and amiable staff and incredibly beautiful view of the ocean. Exceptionally comfortable bed in king room with central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave. Nice private bathroom. Very nice overall experience.

The balcony view offered a unique glimpse of the lively boardwalk attractions. Location-wise, everything from the beach to downtown was conveniently close.

Unfortunately, the amenities were lacking when compared to other hotels.

Close to boardwalk.Comfy bed. Large tv. Fridge and microwave. Nice shower.

For $200, we got a bent window screen, food on the balcony floor, loose toilet seat, brown stain on exterior of toilet bowl, burn holes (?) in the carpet, litter under the bed, No breakfast included. Also, the "view" that was supposed to be offered by the room was a view of a freeway, a sliver of river, and rollercoasters at the Boardwalk in the distance.

The bed sheets had cigarette Burns and there were old cereal pieces on the floor not that clean

I loved the cleanliness and comfort of my room, along with the lovely balcony view overlooking the boardwalk. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It felt safe and secure throughout my visit.

Each room has a great river front & boardwalk view, easily accessible to all parts of Santa Cruz.

The parking lot structure is a very tight squeeze and can cost you if you do not pull in correctly.

Found this place quite adequate for a quick overnight stay near the Boardwalk. The room was clean and spacious, offering essential amenities like a fridge and coffee maker. The noise from the street was bothersome, and some furnishings could use an upgrade.
